From providing directions to assisting with printing documents, they were pretty good too ensure a pleasant experience. The rooms werevery comfy and tidy, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a long stay. The location was excellent, with easy access to the subway and plenty of dining options nearby. The on-site laundry and gym facilities were also convenient additions.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect - we could walk to supermarkets and the subway station was just around the corner, so we could easily get to Times Square. The service was great too! Housekeeping and dry cleaning were top-notch, and the staff were always friendly and ready to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the laundry facilities, which were super convenient.

The rooms are spacious with a kitchennette including a refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher. The bathroom has farm doors and glass walk-in showers. The staff is friendly and hospitable. The hotel is conveniently located near the train station. Commuting is not an issue. I would book again!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with local supermarkets offering a variety of options. The subway round the corner allowed us to easily reach Times Square. The room was clean and comfortable, with a full-size fridge and microwave. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our experience even better. The on-site laundry and the simple gym were convenient amenities that we appreciated.
The breakfast lacked healthy options, especially low-sugar cereal choices.
